This delicious granola is so quick & easy to make, it can be used for a yoghurt bowl as here in this recipe, or a snack like a trail mix. 
The kids love this recipe because they can top it with any berries or other fruit they like and best of all they can prepare it themselves. If coconut yoghurt is unavailable substitute with whole milk greek yoghurt. 

Ingredients

  • Almonds, with skin 150g 1 x cup, chopped
  • Macadamia nuts, unsalted 150g 1 x cup, chopped

  • Nut, cashew, raw, unsalted 150g 1 x cup chopped

  • Nut, pistachio, raw, unsalted 120g 1 x cup

  • Seed, pumpkin, unsalted 100g 1/2 cup

  • Seed, sunflower, unsalted 100g 1/2 cup

  • Coconut Oil 60g 4 x tablespoons

  • Mixed berries, (Per Serve) 70g 1/2 cup

  • Coconut yoghurt, natural (Per Serve) 60g 4 x tablespoons

  • Coconut, Shredded 50g 1/4 cup

  • Rice Malt Syrup 45g 3 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon, dried, ground 5g 1 x teaspoon

  • Sea Salt 5g 1 x teaspoon

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly ensuring the wet and dry
  • ingredients are well combined.
  • Spread the granola evenly on the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Check regularly to
  • ensure that it does not burn.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • This will be kept in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • To serve, place ½cup granola into a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt and berries.
